Paid services are charged according to the applicable commercial terms, order form, or platform schedule. Fees, billing cycles, and applicable taxes are defined in the relevant agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, Aircity disclaims liability for indirect or consequential loss. While we target high service reliability, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Service relationships may be terminated in accordance with the applicable agreement. Aircity may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for security reasons.
